RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

Return of Product
Equipment and or Parts that have been installed are not returnable. Special parts or items requested as special or specific requested to import from one of our manufacturing suppliers are not returnable. All products still in their original shipping container that have not been opened or installed may be returned, with authorization approval from our sales department within 10 days from purchase date. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all parts and equipment returned with approval by our parts department. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations.
Ordered incorrectly
If purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to the SELLER, by these 7.Conditions.1. As long as the product purchase has not been installed or damaged in any way. 2. The purchase product is in its original shipping container. 3. All return items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. 4. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 5. Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges of product back to SELLER. in our workshop in USA 6. Purchaser gets an authorization approval code from SELLER 7. It is within 10 days from the date of original purchase, no exchanges or returns are allowed after 10 days of receive the valves.

How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there? Once your order is paid and submitting your order, it will delivery within 3 to 7 business days, after the promise delivery time plan provided in the quote, from our workhouse. Our items use international shipment from factory, for that our delivery time is a plan and not a binding delivery time. Your order will be shipped via air , maritime or and special carrier as needed from the nearest outlet distribution center to your delivery address the days could be varies according with the shipment system requested. If the order is canceled by the purchaser while being in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser
Expected Shipment

Special Order Items Special Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. Expected adjustment time (for example, "Special Order: Add 2-4 weeks for Product adjustment. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping and handling costs for orders placed on this web site are based on the weight of the total order. Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We reserve the rights to make partial shipments and partial invoices according with the items shipped.
